I entered a running marathon for charity last springtime, then I consistently love to do things such as this for both helping those in need in addition to getting some good fitness for myself in addition to my body. But let myself and others tell you something, I will never do a single of these again in the springtime or warm season! It will have to be either fall or early wintertime before it gets overly cold. Because in the springtime in addition to the warm season it can be brutal on your body; when I was running in this thing I wanted in addition to needing nothing more than to be in the comfort of quality a/c after running for about 20 hours! It got so awful that I had to actually back out of the marathon on the very morning of the run. But my body was just needing the a/c on it in addition to I could not carry on separate from a/c in the hot weather that was happening… The organization running the marathon completely understood in addition to for the morning in addition to a half that I was in there got the credit in addition to the cash going to the charity. Which that aspect was good in addition to I felt at ease with it. But I will not do this again unless they have a single one in September, October or early November. What a lot of folks do not understand is that no matter how good of shape you think you are in, you will consistently need some kind of a/c when your body is overworked, especially when the weather is super hot outside! After I bailed out of the marathon run I had gone home to my apartment in addition to cranked my central cooling system to the max!
